Sunbeams LLC was founded by Denise Villamil who has 18 years of experience working with youth and families through non-profit work in various communities of Los Angeles. She has been able to identify the needs of youth and design creative programming to meet those needs. While managing teams and implementation of community based services she has been able to provide leadership development and training for various program staff. Her expertise range from designing content, curriculum , facilitating workshops, training teams and event planning.
